Dress for Success, founded in 1997, is a global organization with 144 offices in 22 different countries. Their mission is “to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.” Through their programs, Dress for Success not only provides professional clothing for underserved women in their roles, but also coaches program participants in public speaking, initiating social change, and becoming leaders in their communities.
